The MH® Kinaesthetics trainer qualification programme
After successfully completing the user programme (foundation course, advanced course and certification course), you can enter the trainer programme in consultation with KMLH.
In the foundation course trainer qualification, Certified Users expand their competence. They develop the ability to support course participants in their learning process so that they can use MH® Kinaesthetics as a tool to direct attention to their own movement.
The key focus is learning, step by step, how to design a real-time foundation course learning process. Participants also learn how to enable course attendees to maintain and expand their own health, work and quality of life in everyday settings.
The qualification comprises several phases over approx. 1.5 years, supplemented by self-organised learning in study groups. A mandatory further training takes place one year after completion.

Foundation Course Trainer
Dauer: approx. 43 days / 258 hours (incl. further training one year after)
Phasen: 4 in-person phases + min. 19 days self-organised learning
Kosten: €5,500
Voraussetzung: Completion as MH® Kinaesthetics Certified User / Peer Tutor with a recognised professional qualification in health and social care
Advanced Course Trainer
Dauer: approx. 37 days / 222 hours / 296 teaching units
Phasen: 4 in-person phases + min. 15 days self-organised learning
Kosten: €5,855 (incl. further training 1 year after)
Voraussetzung: Completion as MH® Kinaesthetics Foundation Course Trainer
Certification Course Trainer
